Expanding Bridge Healthcare’s BridgeSTAR portfolio - New variations of BridgeAIR+STAR air-assisted transfer mattresses are now available in multiple sizes featuring an easy to clean, breathable fabric that supports a favorable environment for skin health. As with other BridgeAIR+STAR mattresses, these products provide significant reduction in the forces required to laterally transfer, turn, and reposition patients. Another addition to the BridgeSTAR portfolio is a new offloading wedge set that features a wedge with an anchor tail. For a complete safe turning and repositioning system, facilities should also utilize a BreatheDry absorbent pad, now including a new 37”x56” size option.
