1Order Processing and Confirmation
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
2Shipping Time
Enjoy fast and reliable shipping! We deliver to most US markets within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Expect slightly longer delivery times for rural areas and outside the continental US.
3Free Shipping
Get free shipping on orders over $349. For orders under $349, a flat shipping fee applies:
$20 for orders under $99
$15 for orders between $99 and $199
$10 for orders between $200 and $349
4Overweight, Hazmat, and Non-Standard Shipments
Orders exceeding 25 lbs or containing hazardous materials will incur a $30 handling fee at checkout.
Orders exceeding 100 lbs will be shipped "freight collect," and we'll contact you directly to confirm freight delivery costs.
5International Shipping
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and internationally (compliant with regulations). Additional surcharges may apply for orders outside the continental US.
